Contrairement aux \u00e9valuations traditionnelles o\u00f9 les sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e9valuent leurs subordonn\u00e9s, cette m\u00e9thode permet aux collaborateurs, aux pairs, et aux sup\u00e9rieurs hi\u00e9rarchiques d\u2019\u00e9valuer les managers. L&#8217;objectif principal est de fournir aux managers une perspective compl\u00e8te et objective sur leur pratiques manag\u00e9riales et leur impact sur l&#8217;\u00e9quipe. En recevant des retours vari\u00e9s et constructifs, les managers peuvent mieux comprendre leurs forces et identifier les domaines sur lesquels ils ont des marges de progr\u00e8s. Cela favorise une culture de leadership transparent et responsable, renforce la confiance et la communication au sein de l&#8217;\u00e9quipe, et contribue \u00e0 la mise en place de strat\u00e9gies de <b>d\u00e9veloppement personnel<\/b> plus cibl\u00e9es et efficaces. Quelles sont les pratiques porteuses de valeur ajout\u00e9e collective\u00a0? Comment les diffuser\u00a0? Comment homog\u00e9n\u00e9iser des pratiques manag\u00e9riales et favoriser le d\u00e9veloppement de chacun (direction, managers et \u00e9quipes).
